Shri Sherdhan Rai, Hon’ble Chief Minister, Shri Hikmat Kumar Karki, Hon’ble Minister of Internal Affairs and Law, Shri Rajendra Gautam, Hon’ble MP, Shri Purna Prasai Rai,Hon’ble MLA, Shri Tulsi Neupane, Hon’ble (EX) MLA, Shri Yogeshwar Rai, DCC, Taplejung,Province no. 1, Nepal, visited SAPDC, Tumlingtar Complex on 07.12.2018. They were accompanied by Sh. Kedar Neupane, Principal Secretary, Shri Sameer Shahi, Major General, Nepal Army, Sh. Kedar Rijal, DIG, Nepal Police, Sh. Mandeep Shrestha, DIG APF, Sh. Ganesh Bahadur Adhikari, CDO, Sankhuwasabha and other Senior Officers of Govt. of Nepal.

The Hon’ble Chief Minister and other dignitaries were escorted from Tumlingtar Airport by Shri Pawan Varma,CPO. At SAPDC Office Complex, Tumlingtar, Shri Satish Kumar Sharma, CEO (SAPDC) received and felicitated the dignitaries in Nepali Tradition with Rudraksh Garland and Khada. The CEO gave presentation on the progress and constraints of Project, Arun 3 HEP. The Hon’ble Chief Minister in his address acknowledged the constraints being faced by SAPDC in Execution of Arun-3 HEP and also promised to extend all possible support to remove the constraints and help SAPDC to execute this 900 MW Indi-Nepal Flagship Project.

Before departing Shri Sherdhan Rai, Hon’ble chief Minister and Shri Hikmat Kumar Karki, Hon’ble Minister of Internal Affairs and Law planted sapling in SAPDC compound.
