CEO (SAPDC), Nepal: Shri Arun Dhiman took over the charge of ‘Chief Executive Officer (SAPDC), Nepal from 1^st  June, 2019. He holds the degree of ‘Civil Engineering’ from Nagpur University and started his career in ‘JURL-Jammu-Udhampur Rail Link Project’ in 1992. He joined SJVN as ‘Assistant Engineer’ in November 1994 and rose to the level of Sr.AGM.

He has worked in Nathpa Jhakri HE Project (1500 MW) for about 10 years and was involved in the completion of Diversion Tunnel, Desilting Chambers (One of the largest in world) which were consisting of Cable Anchors & SFRS. In Rampur HE Project (412 MW) he worked for more than 11 years for construction of HRT and as an EIC for Major works.

He was also associated for more than 2 years in investigation works along with 1^st and 2^nd stage Environmental & Forest clearances from GOI in Devsari HE Project (252MW). He was one of the three members team of SJVN, who in coordination with HP State Govt. BRO&NDRF, successfully evacuated 2 persons trapped inside tunnel after collapse of Road tunnel of NHAI at TIRA-Bilaspur (H.P) after 10 days. From May 2018 onwards he worked as the Chief Engineer (EIC) for C-2 (Power House Package) in SAPDC.
